I'm sure I've mentioned before how much I love music, lol! I like all kinds of different music....which is why I am still working on my music on Grooveshark so I can post it on here. I like church hymns, southern Gospel, some classical music, and some movie theme music. I thought I would list my favorites on here, but, lol, there's just so much that is my favorite songs.
I have been so much into my music lately that I have requested music-related presents for Christmas and my birthday in January. I am hoping to get my own ipod so I can download my own music I like....although a CD player would be nice too. I also am wanting some piano books that have movie themes in them, that way I can learn to play some movie themes on the piano. My favorite is the music from the Disney movie "Cinderella", love it!
Oh, speaking of piano, I have more Christmas song I am learning to play now....."Go Tell It on the Mountain", "O Come All Ye Faithful", and "We Three Kings". Along with this, I am practicing a duet with my sister(age 11), the song "Joy to the World". Sounds like a lot but I am up to the challenge, lol, I love music.

Along with listening to music, I love watching movies with music being sung in it. One of my favorites is "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory"(1971). In fact, today is the 40th anniversary of this movie
, can you believe it was that long ago?! What a great movie! So, in honor of this movie, I leave you with a video clip of one of my favorite tunes in the movie:
